Aluminum Resistance

The aluminum cased resistor is a class resistor with protection superior to the conventional ceramic resistor without protection. It is resistant to oscillation, high in safety, and is widely used in electrical circuits that have high environmental adaptability such as power supply, inverters, servo motors, and systems under strong environmental working conditions.

The RXLG series resistors with the option of an integrated thermal switch belong to our medium voltage range of COMPACT BRAKING RESISTORS WITH ALUMINUM which are electrically isolated and have small dimensions. They can be easily installed and are specially designed to withstand high loads in industrial drive systems.

Ceramic Resistance

Ceramic braking resistors are used in heavy-duty applications, Extensions are fixed at both ends of the ceramic tube whose surface is rolled by wave-shaped alloy, Heavy-duty wire with high-temperature and fire-resistant coating is used.
The ceramic tube can work as a heat radiator.

The RXG20 series resistors with the option of an integrated thermal switch belong to our medium voltage range of WIRE CERAMIC BRAKING RESISTORS that are electrically insulated and have good heat dissipation. They are simple elements with power values from 50 watts to 10 kilowatts.

Steel-Grid Fixed Resistor Unit

The Steel-Grid Fixed braking resistors have an IP20 or IP23 weatherproof protection degree and lateral air outlet through air deflectors in the upper area are designed with a completely closed sheet steel box with barrier grid at the bottom and powered by a built-in fan.

They have overheating monitoring, by means of a thermostat relay to connect it to external contactors, with screw terminals and with ceramic insulation from 35 A to 400 A. The necessary terminals are in the lower part of the device and are accessible after disassembling the cover, on the back of the cover for mounting with cable glands.

Through the use of steel elements, they have a typical power of 1100 W up to 1700 W per grille, with forced ventilation we cover a power range of up to 250 kW per unit (up to 400kW on request).
Higher power ratings can be obtained by connecting multiple devices in parallel.
